Do you accept returns?
Because our goal is to support low waste as it relates to our sustainable earth mission, we encourage you to double check before ordering in order to minimize over-production with returns and reorders. We also encourage you to share or donate an item that you are considering returning to help lower our carbon footprint. We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable, and, where possible, we do offer a 14-days-from-purchase return policy for eligible items. Please see details below.
What is returnable?
Eligible Reasons for Return - If the item is misprinted, defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with order number and return item information to request a refund
Apparel –Apparel is returnable except for socks, bras, swimwear, and underwear.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags..
What is not returnable?
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Please be mindful we are a small business trying our best to provide sustainable solutions to everyday products while minimizing the impact on this earth.
Shipping Charges, samples, final sale, and promotional items are NOT eligible for return.
We do not offer refunds on CBD, Home and Accessory Products such as, but not limited to, frames, artwork, jewelry, phone cases, lap top cases, bags, stickers, mugs and water bottles.
Bras, Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Scarfs, Hats, Towels, and Pillows items are non-returnable due to health and hygiene.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges for apparel because most of the items are Made-to-Order, you would need to place a new order, and request a refund, if eligible. We encourage you to check size charts on product pages before purchasing.
What should I know about your Shipping Policy in regards to Returns?
Return Shipping - Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping label is not provided. We hope you enjoyed our generous free shipping option when you ordered your product.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that are attempted to be delivered and go unclaimed and that are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
STEPS TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM
Please email us to initiate a return at firstname.lastname@example.org
Pack unused, undamaged goods safely in their original packaging.
To ensure your return is processed efficiently please include a note with your contact info, your order number, and brief reason for return.
Ship the return item to the return address provided by support. Keep track of your proof of postage. We suggest that you use a tracking number.
After we have received your unused undamaged goods, your refund will be issued within 7-21 business days.
What if I still have not received my refund?
We understand waiting can be frustrating. Depending on the courier you're returning your item(s) with as well as your bank, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
Once your return is marked as delivered to our facility and has been processed, rest assured that our returns team will be in touch shortly by email to confirm your refund.

Where do you ship to?
Domestically we ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately for now we do not ship internationally.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Unfortunately for now we do not offer rush shipping. But it’s worth the wait!
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over $75 and flat $6.99 shipping on all orders under $75 (Continental United States).
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping in the continental U.S. is typically 7-21 days. However, some items are made-to-order just for you and can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to ship.
Why are my items shipping from multiple locations?
Sometimes when you order more than one item your order will ship in more than one shipment. This is because most of the products we carry ship directly from their original warehouses. This avoids unnecessary duplicative shipping to a single warehouse just to ship to the customer in one package. We take the impact shipping has on the environment very seriously.
