Practical Fitness Tips
I eat for nourishment, and I workout for health. A fit body is not the primary goal, but merely a result of choosing to take care of self. Fitness is supplemental, but not the driver. Healthy foods have fueled my body from the inside out, and can do the same for you! I like to think of working out as healthy as a habit as brushing my teeth. It's a natural rhythm to my daily routine and a priority to my health.
